Our gym gives you plenty of space to move, lift and build strength. With a full range of free weights, resistance equipment and modern cardio machines, you will have everything you need for a great workout. Friendly staff are always on hand and optional personal training is available to guide and support you every step of the way, whether you are just starting out or looking to push yourself further.
We are also excited to share that a variety of group classes will be coming soon. From high energy HIIT to calming yoga and pilates, these classes are designed to suit all fitness levels and provide even more ways to stay active, motivated and connected with the community.
To complement our gym facilities, we are currently refurbishing the dated changing rooms. This had been a long term goal of the previous owners and we are thrilled to be implementing it. The new design will be modern, bright and practical, offering a more comfortable and welcoming space for members to prepare for and unwind after their sessions.
